is small to medium sized parts, beautifully made, when you need them. Outlined in 3 stages below.
Quick-turn & Prototype
Typically 20 parts or less. At this stage we can offer feedback on manufacturability, aesthetics, material choices etc. To help your design live it's best life. If you're on a deadline, quick turnaround services are often possible for low-volume jobs with a model that is near ready to machine.
mid-volume
Typically 20-400 parts, depending on size and complexity. An amount we can get through in a couple days or less and hit a rythm. Here we can often invest more in process improvements tailored to your part, helping you dial things in further depending on your goals. whether that's planning for increased volume, or simply adapting to your product's evolution and market changes.
High volume
For us, means about 500 or more parts, multiple times per year. At this stage we can develop advanced tooling and automations specific to your part, create scheduled production plans to ease cash flow and lower costs, and work with you to find the best vendors for any additional processes.
